Return & Exchange Policy

OVERVIEW
At Orangevolt, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the best products in perfect condition. We offer a 7-Day Conditional Return & Exchange Policy on most of our products. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, or if you encounter any issues with it, we are here to assist you. Please follow the guidelines below to process a return, exchange, or replacement request.


SECTION 1 - CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE
We offer a return and exchange policy if you receive a product in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Expired Product

In such cases, please place your request in our Return Section and raise a ticket in our Customer Care Section.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will verify the authenticity and nature of the issue. If your product can be repaired, we will send the necessary parts to restore it to its original condition. If the product is damaged beyond repair or is incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement and pick up the defective item.


SECTION 2 - EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Exchanges or replacements are possible under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If a product is damaged beyond repair, we will send a replacement.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, we will process a replacement.

If your complaint is made within seven days of receiving the product, we will verify the authenticity of the complaint and initiate the replacement process. We will arrange for the pick-up of the defective product where possible. In some cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to us (shipping charges for the return will be borne by us).

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, etc.
  • The return package should be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
  • All returned products are subject to verification and checks by us to validate the authenticity of the complaint.

If the complaint is found to be invalid or non-legitimate, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will dispatch a replacement product to you as soon as possible.


SECTION 3 - MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
You can modify your order (with products of the same or higher value) within 24 hours of placing the order, or before it has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, we allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that a 40% cancellation fee will be applied to non-shipped orders.


SECTION 4 - PROCESSING THE REFUND
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund through our payment gateway. Please note that it may take 10-12 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your payment source.

  • If the wrong product was ordered by the customer, or if the customer wants to return the product, the shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

SECTION 5 - ADDITIONAL NOTES
Please take note of the following non-returnable product categories:

  • UV Lights and Medical Lamps: These products are non-returnable.
  • Baby Products: These products are non-returnable.
